Sustainalytics Accepted as a Signatory to the UK Stewardship Code 2020
September 20, 2021, London - Sustainalytics, a Morningstar company and a leading global provider of ESG research, ratings, and data, has been accepted as a signatory of the UK Stewardship Code 2020 (the Code) by the Financial Reporting Council (FRC). Sustainalytics submitted a comprehensive report on its corporate stewardship for the FRC review to demonstrate its compliance with the Code’s Principles for Service Providers. Introduced in 2010 and previously revised in 2012, the updated UK Stewardship Code 2020 continues to set high stewardship standards for asset owners and asset managers and the service providers that support them.
